Product Description:

1. Precision Preheating: The metal substrate is evenly preheated to remove moisture and stress, ensuring that the PVC coating achieves optimal bonding strength with the substrate.

2. High-temperature Extrusion Coating: A specialized screw extrudes the molten PVC material evenly and densely onto the surface of the metal wire, forming a continuous, smooth protective layer.

3. Water Cooling Setting: A precisely designed cooling tank quickly cools and sets the coating, maintaining the predetermined diameter and                                                                                                  roundness.

4. Automatic Winding: Equipped with a frequency-controlled winding device, the wire speed is smooth and adjustable, and the winding is neat,                                                                                         preparing for the next process.

1.Wire winding:

2.Wire decoiler:

The unwinding frame is intelligently linked with the main machine through a PLC control system, which enables automatic speed matching. 3.Wire tension parts:

5.Electric control box :

The electrical control system adopts centralized integrated control, achieving full-line interlinking from unwinding, preheating, extruding to rewinding. 8.Wire recoiler
